You can move this window around as needed (click and hold the edges to move). Click the genre name to list the tracks in that genre and to edit a genre name. To "tag" a track or album with a genre, drag the genre and drop it on an album or individual track. To combine two genres, click and drag one then drop it on another. All tracks in the genre you first click will be changed to the genre you drop it on. To create a new one genre, click "+ create new genre". To delete at genre, drag it to the trash. This will unset (set to "none") all tracks in your library that has that genre. Once you have made your changes and you are satisfied with them, click "Save Changes" to make them permanent.
